All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Timeline
After shipping, orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., courier issues or weather conditions) may occasionally occur.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. The tracking number becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase from Gamogamez. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Our return and replacement policy covers the following cases:
Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
1. Incorrect Product Received
If you receive the wrong item:

Send an email to support@gamogamez.in with your order number and a clear photo of the received product.

Once verified, we’ll arrange a free pickup and send you the correct item at no extra cost.

Note: The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
The returns would happen within 3 to 4 days .
2. Damaged Product on Arrival
If your item is damaged in transit:

Email us within 2 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and an unboxing video for verification.

Once confirmed, we’ll send a replacement within 4–5 business days.
3. Missing Items
If any part of your order is missing:

Check if it was split into multiple shipments.

If items are still missing, contact us with your order number, and we’ll ship the missing items immediately.
